In the event of an impediment, can I change my tour?
Yes, if you notify us no later than 7 days prior to your booking. Remember though, that you may only change the tour date, cancellation is not possible.
What´s the price?
A rooftop tour costs 595 SEK / person in Stockholm and 295 SEK / person in Sundsvall. If you are a group, please contact us for more information and prices.
Why are there so few/no available tours before noon?
Tours before noon are available solely for pre-booked groups such as companies, cruise guests etc. Public tours are only available in the afternoon, except for the most weekends, when the tours start at 10.
I have received a gift certificate for an Upplev Mer rooftop tour, which expires on June 5th. However, there are no available tours prior to that date, what do I do?
Your gift voucher is valid for booking until June 5th, i.e. you can book your tour for later in the summer, as long as you book before the voucher expires
What is a rooftop tour?
A rooftop tour is a guided tour of the city´s and our country´s historical past and present, only it takes place on a rooftop. We have secure catwalks, firmly anchored according to our safety regulations. A rooftop tour consists of certain passages where kneeling and lighter climbing on ladders is necessary. The ladders in Stockholm are not quite as steep as the ones in Sundsvall, but they are part of the uninterrupted system that enables us to move around the whole block. How do I book and pay for my tour?
All transactions go via the homepage. To book, click on Book and Buy, and choose among the available dates. In the calendar you will see upcoming tours from choosen date and one week ahead. When you have chosen your date, you will pass on through to DIBS Debitech a secure payment system where you can use VISA, MasterCard to complete your booking. Remember that the booking needs to be in the same name as the cardholder. If you have a gift certificate, simply follow the instructions and use your Pin Code.
Refund
Everything can happen. Illness or a cancelled trip might spoil your chances to a booked rooftop tour. You can always rebook or prolong your tour or gift certificate. However, all tours can be cancelled due to the Swedish law “Konsumenköplagen”, (except a Gift Card you recieved as a gift). In that case, we will always refund your money. Please note, that if your purchase was conducted via Iphone and iZettle, that is card via mobile phone, we will keep 2,89% of the total amount due to iZettle administrative conditions.
